On Friday we observe Veterans’ Day, a holiday I truly enjoy, and not just because I’m a veteran. It’s because I’m an American, and a patriotic one. One of the things I’m most proud of in my life is having served on active duty in the United States Air Force during the Persian Gulf War.
What a blessing it is to be an American, and what an honor to be in her service.To others who served or who serve now, I salute you!
